Cancellations, returns and refunds

Prescription-only products:

Please tell us as soon as possible after you place your order if you want to cancel.

We can only provide replacements or, in certain circumstances, refunds on prescription-only products in cases of faulty, damaged or wrong product. Please contact us if you believe your prescription-only product is faulty, damaged or wrong. This is in line with UK consumer law, which provides that prescription-only medicines cannot be cancelled or refunded due to a change of mind

Provided the products have not been dispensed, we may be able to offer you a refund. Once dispensed we are unable to re-use the product and offer you any refund. However, we cannot offer any refunds for any repeat orders after the initial order if you have already been charged. This is in line with UK consumer law, which provides that prescription-only medicines cannot be cancelled or refunded due to a change of mind

All other products:

You can change your mind but there is a deadline. You are eligible for a refund on any other products shipped to you provided that you contact us within 14 calendar days from the day after the products are delivered. You then have another 14 days from that date in which to return the product to us.

When you cannot change your mind. You are only eligible for a refund if the product is unused and in the same condition as which you received it. Otherwise, you will lose your right to a refund.

You have to return the product at your own cost. You will be responsible for the delivery costs when sending any products back to us.

You also have rights if there is something wrong with your product and you tell us within 30 days. You may be eligible for a replacement or, in certain circumstances, a refund. Please contact us if you believe your product is faulty, damaged or wrong.
