YOUR JOURNEY

Online health questionnaire

If you wish to use our services, you must complete and submit the online health questionnaire on our website (or any follow-up questionnaire for follow-up consultations). You are solely responsible for ensuring that you understand the questions in any online health questionnaire you complete on our website. You must speak to your GP or another registered healthcare provider if you do not understand a question or are unsure how you should answer certain questions.

Consultation Services

Once you have submitted your online health questionnaire, we will introduce you to a Prescriber on our platform for the purposes of having a free consultation.

To the extent permitted by law, we take no responsibility and make no warranties, express or implied, in relation to the content of any consultation between you and a Prescriber. You and your Prescriber are responsible for the conduct of each consultation and all information or communications made between you and your Prescriber. We do not guarantee that a consultation with a Prescriber is suitable for you or will result in a prescription.

All communications between you and the Prescriber will be undertaken via our secure messaging platform on our website.

Prescription only products

At the end of the online health questionnaire you will be asked to provide your payment details should you be eligible for any prescription-only products and wish to purchase them from our pharmacy.

If our Prescribers determine that you are suitable for prescription-only medicine, they will issue a prescription. You can choose for this to be fulfilled by our pharmacy. Our pharmacy will sell and dispense prescription-only medicines to you in accordance with our Terms of Sale.

You can also choose to take the prescription provided to you by your Prescriber and fulfil it with any other pharmacy.

GENERAL

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Each of the clauses of these Terms operates separately.  If a court or relevant authority decides that any of these Terms are unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Terms which will remain in full force and effect.

If we fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Terms, or if we delay or do not enforce our rights against you, this does not mean that we have waived our rights against you and does not mean that you do not have to perform your obligations.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to nor shall it confer a benefit on any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 and a person who is not a party to these Terms has no rights to enforce them.

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to any other organisation, including any of our group companies. If this happens, we will ensure that the transfer will not affect your rights under the contract.
