Juniper Flat Price Pilot:
Terms and Conditions
- About this Pilot
- These terms (the Pilot Terms) apply to the Juniper Flat Price pilot, which is a limited trial pilot (the Pilot). Your treatment with Juniper continues to be governed by our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Notice. If there is a conflict between these terms and the Pilot Terms, the Pilot Terms take precedence.
- Any offer to participate in this Pilot is personal to you and cannot be transferred, shared, or used for anyone else. We may reject or terminate the Pilot offer for any Juniper patient that we believe has breached any of our terms of service, including these Pilot Terms, Terms & Conditions or Privacy Notice.Ā
- From time to time, we may review and update these Pilot Terms or withdraw the Pilot offer, at our discretion. The Pilot Terms which apply at the time you opt in to the Pilot are those that govern your access to the Pilot. Any subsequent changes to the Pilot Terms or a withdrawal of the Pilot shall not affect rights and obligations that arose for Juniper and its patients already opted in to the Pilot prior to the changes or withdrawal.Ā
- Any terms not defined in these Pilot Terms have the meaning given to them in our Terms & Conditions.Ā
- Ā The Flat Price and Eligibility for the PilotĀ
- The Flat Price for the Pilot is Ā£150 per subscription cycle of Eligible Medication (the Flat Price). The Flat Price does not apply to any medications that are not Eligible Medications.Ā
- Accessing the Flat Price: The Flat Price is only available to active Juniper patients receiving Mounjaro or Foundayo (the Eligible Medications) as part of their Juniper treatment plan, who receive an invitation from us to participate in the Pilot and are deemed eligible in accordance with these Pilot Terms.Ā
- Keeping the Flat Price: To remain eligible for the flat price during the pilot you must:
- remain an active Juniper patient with a valid prescription for an Eligible Medication during the Pilot; and
- place your next order for Eligible Medication within 8 weeks of your previous order.
- Losing the Flat Price: You will no longer be eligible for the Flat Price during the Pilot if:
ā- you do not satisfy clause 2.3 above and clause 2.5 does not apply; or
- the Pilot Period ends (as defined below).
- Exceptions to losing the Flat Price. The Flat Price will not end prematurely, and the order gap in clause 2.2(b) will pause, if you need to delay an order because:
ā- your Juniper clinician has asked you to pause your treatment;
- you are unwell or have side effects and a clinician has advised a break; or
- your medication is unavailable or we are unable to supply it.
- When the Flat Price applies
- The price for your first three (3) subscription cycles of Juniper treatment remains as the standard subscription price for your selected plan. Opting in to the Pilot at any time during this period has no impact on the subscription price for these first three cycles.Ā
- The price from the fourth (4) subscription cycle of Juniper treatment (the Pilot Commencement Date) shall be the Flat Price for the next 12 cycles (the Pilot Period).
- The price following the end of the Pilot Period shall return to our standard subscription cycle pricing, moving with the dose.Ā
- If your payment plan screen in the Juniper app does not show the Flat Price correctly then please contact us (see clause 11).
- How to opt in and opt out of the PilotĀ
- You can opt in to the Pilot by completing the Pilot form we send you (the Pilot Application Form), before payment for your 4th order. We may reply by email to confirm your acceptance into the Pilot. Opting in is your choice. You do not have to opt in, and it has no effect on your treatment, prescriptions or care.
- If you opt in to the Pilot after the deadline set out in the Pilot Application Form, we may at our discretion reject your opt-in application.
- You can withdraw from the Pilot at any time by contacting us. You will then pay our standard price on future orders. Rejoining the Pilot is not possible after withdrawal.
- Your treatment
- The Pilot does not affect your treatment. Your prescriber decides what treatment, dose and medication are right for you, based only on your clinical needs and safety. The Flat Price applies to whichever dose of Eligible Medication is chosen during the Pilot Period.Ā
- You are never expected to move to a higher dose, or to stay on a particular medication, to obtain or keep the Flat Price. If you have any questions about your treatment, talk to your Juniper clinician.
- Other discounts and offers
- The Flat Price replaces the standard price during the Pilot Period in accordance with these Pilot Terms.
- The Flat Price cannot be combined with any other offer, and will override any other discount which may have previously been applicable to you during the Pilot Period.
- When the Pilot ends, and changes by us
- End of the Pilot Period. We will provide you with notice before the Pilot Period ends. After that you will pay the standard price at that time. This could be higher than the Flat Price.
- Changes by us. For Juniper patients who have opted in to the Pilot, we will not change the Flat Price or these terms to your detriment during the Pilot Period, except to:
ā- comply with the law or a regulatorās requirements;
- respond to a safety issue or a medication no longer being available; or
- stop you misusing the offer.
- If we have to make a change under clause 7.2, we will give you notice and explain the change.
- Your information
- In order to inform you of and implement the PIlot, we will access your personal information and contact you in accordance with our Privacy Notice.Ā
- Your legal rights
- Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer, including any rights you have to cancel or to a refund.
- Governing law
- These Pilot Terms are governed by English law.Ā
