This is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. I’ve had some great results , losing 1.3 stone in 5 weeks. I feel fantastic. The side effects were mild and easy to live with. The key is putting in the effort to eat clean, and count calories. It’s not an easy fix and the health coaches encourage and advise which is really helpful. It’s a bit pricey but all my old clothes now for me and I don’t spend money on booze or eating out so it’s paying for itself really. If you’re thinking g about it, I would say go for it!
